Do you want the feeling of JOY.?

Well it is all within you and solely depends on your actions and reactions to the universe.

Universe  for you is every being and non-being which you perceive.

Humans, nature, planets, star, Sun, pets, food everything . You are  part of the some other perceivers Universe as they are part of your universe.

It is always YOU  and the Universe. Your thoughts are part of your universe.

When we stop perceiving, like when we are dead, the universe does not exist. 

So we only have a lifespan to feel all the JOY but many

 use this time to feel many things which are not JOYFUL.  

This is a choice due to faulty thoughts and actions.

With  time as a baseline, all moments,  being miserable are wasting the gift of life.

One must note that all feelings of JOYFULNESS are illusionary and transient in nature and so is UNHAPPINESS. 

It should be the endeavour of all beings to make the illusionary moment  JOYFUL to enjoy the gift of life, which you won being the fastest sperm in the race. You all are winners. It could have been a different tadpole and you would have not even existed.

Today we talk about how  state of happiness is  solely governed by how much DOSE of chemicals you get from within your body   which solely depends of what type type of thoughts and actions you take.

Lets us examine those action and thoughts which help us to release D - Dopamine 

Any goal first starts with a desire, this emotion then creates thoughts, which creates a plan,  then take inspired action , which lead to manifestation and finally the feeling of JOY which is a release of  dopamine .. 

The best way to execute this GOAL funnel is to define your duty in the above process and do your duty skillfully  without emotions, while being detached from the outcome. You can make your goal into small achievable sections so you feel happy and motivated to proceed forward to completion.

When you approach any goal or desire with intention you start feeling a dopamine rush. When manifested you will be in an abundance mind set, this will also improve blood circulation as your body muscle tone is not tense.

When someone appreciates your work, D is released.

When you join work, buy a new car, a house, the latest gadgets , D is released.

When you give a speech at your toastmaster club and it is appreciated, you feel a release of Dopamine.

We must approach our realistic desire or goal setting in a positive manner, where we define our duty as an inspired action and execute. Remember to detach from the outcome and enjoy the dopamine - 

We have another chemical - Oxytocin , which has a lot to do with people.

When you hug our friends or family tiny amounts of Oxytocin is released

Just imagine you can make kids happy when hugging them.

We hug, shake hands at our toastmasters meeting we are infused with oxytocin.

The most oxytocin is released when you get a massage

Sailors who are away from ashore for long periods find a release of oxytocin when they go ashore.

You can only hug people who you respect and care for. 

Every morning when we met - all the staff in company would hug each other to start the working day.

You can only hug people who you respect and care for. Make good relationships so you can take the benefit of oxytocin , which can be created free with your actions.

Now when we act in a way that benefits others - some magic called Serotonin  happens .

When we transcend ourselves and give back to others or to nature it releases Serotonin.

Meditation and activities like mindfulness have a direct impact on the brain’s production of serotonin levels. It is thought that meditation "bathes" neurons with an array of feel-good chemicals, effectively melting away the stress that leads to low serotonin levels and depression.

Also have a gratitude prayer where I thank the creator for my good health.

There is an institution of volunteer work - Kar Seva in the  sikh religion. 

In Kar Seva -all participant do there duty to serve other people or institution  with out any reward. 

Selfless Service - Lots of Serotonin.

Warren Buffet, Bill Gates want to give away large sums of money to charity to get their serotonin and of course tax breaks

When you take on any post in Toastmasters President, Exec members, Area Director , Div. Director, Dist. Director these are all voluntary roles and your motivation is the Serotonin .

There is a dangerous shortcut to achieve these chemicals - DOPAMINE , Serotonin, Noradraline by having drugs like  Ecstasy , MDMA. but when the effect is over there is rapid depletion of these chemicals causing Lack of Happiness - and that is not desirable and recommenced.

Then there is another chemical which is released  by your actions and reactions alone is - Endorphins

When you exercise, play, laugh, eat chocolate, drink wine, meditate and have sex - endorphins are released.

This requires you do these activities to feel the Effects of endorphins  which is joyful. In fact most people exercise, run meditate daily because they get addicted to endorphins and the feeling of joy.

Must have a routine to do any activity which helps in endorphins release and it will make you HAPPY.

The best routine I have found is meditation  which I do regularly.

Today I want to release your endorphins by making you laugh.

Now reclaim your happiness , which is your birthright by drawing out those hormones by doing the right action skillfully

Conclusion

You only have your lifespan to reclaim happiness - Take action so you could enjoy the DOSE Train.

Achieve your goals do your actions skillfully while detached from the outcome and enjoy DOPAMINE

Become close to other persons requires you to have respect, empathy and compassion. Hug someone to release OXYTOCIN

Selfless service to community. When you donate your time or money you set in motion SEROTONIN.

Looking after your body

Laugh, Exercise, eat chocolate, get a massage, meditate, drink wine releases

ENDORPHINS.

End of every day your lifespan is reduced by a day. If you are not happy on that day you have wasted that day.

Live a happy and productive life get hold of a DOSE of chemicals from within.

Best of Happiness look for it within.
